Meet the Staff
Charlie is an ex- North Yorkshire Police Officer of 15 years.
​
During his time with the force, he served several of his years as a Traffic Officer based in the Harrogate area.
​
He then went on to qualify as a Driving Instructor and now uses his vast experience as an Advanced Police Driver to assist students with their first footsteps to becoming safe, careful and competent drivers.

Learn About Us
Charlie has invested time and money in developing his own driving skills over the last 17 years, from the moment he passed his driving test.
​
He has undergone advanced driver training and on joining the Police, he qualified as a Standard Police Response driver . He then went on to pass his Advanced Police Driver qualifications including TPAC (Tactical Pursuit and Containment).
Although the later will not be used with his students, the skills and insight learned from such driving ability stands him in a good position to pass his knowledge on to new students.

Having dealt with serious incidents on the regions roads, he now wants to help new drivers stay safe, and try and prevent them from coming in to contact with the Police for driving misdemeanors or because they themselves have been involved in an collision.
The Driving School
Charlie has worked for many years developing his skills which in turn helps to deliver the high quality lessons. His experience will not only assist them in passing the Driving Standards Agency (DVSA) test, but also assist them to become safe and confident drivers.
Students will learn how to quickly recognise hazards and deal with them effectively.
Local pick up and drop offs with lesson times flexible to suit the students needs.
